About us
Meet Rafael SaldañasBorn in Michoacan, Mexico and arrived to the US when he was 16. Throughout his professional journey he has had various endeavors, however his passion has always been cooking and being in the kitchen.
Rafael's love for cooking began in his youth as a way for his mother and him to bond and make memories. He takes pride in each and every meal that he creates and puts his heart into every meal. At Mexico Lindo, every meal is created with love, just as Rafael's mother taught him to make them.
Rafael and his wife, Jenny, birthed Cocina Mexico Lindo in 2000 and have been going strong thanks to our loyal customers over the years.
